it is not Holy Week yet, but this morning i pulled out some old files to recollect visual memories, and to mark my calendar with dates of this most important religious celebration in mexico. since i’m neither catholic nor mexican, i don’t fully understand all the religious significance of the ceremonies and processions, but i’m dazzled by the centuries old deep traditions, which i have been privileged to follow already twice during my previous visits in san miguel.
