Yesterday San Miguel residents and visitors were able to taste the most original rice recipes, prepared by the best chefs at the Fiesta Arroz, Pan y Vino. The scene was chef-hat galore, mingling with enormous paella pans, and mountains of bread and cheese, and glorious wine. T and I strolled the festival area before the doors opened to the public, but not without lovely taste of smoked provolone on the palate to wet the appetite.
